FORMAT: Scramble format
TIME: 10:00 AM (Please arrive by 9:00 AM)
COST: $100.00 per person (includes green fees, cart, lunch and prizes)
PRIZES: Winners will be announced at the picnic at the Canaan Valley Lodge Pavillion. Prizes will be awarded for 3 flights. This year we also have a $10,000 hole-in-one prize, as well as special prizes for all hole-in-ones on other par 3’s: (2) longest drives, straightest drive & (2) longest putts will receive $50 in cash. You may enter as a team or as an individual. If registering as an individual, we will place you on a team. All players who are registering as a team must be placed on one form. If your company wants to sponsor a team we will supply the players who work in the water/waste industry & could be your customers or future customers!
